HR Operation & Industrial Relationship (Kode: HROPS) - Head Office
PT Nindya Karya (Persero) is looking for HR Operation & Industrial Relationship with criterias as below :
1. Experienced to calculating employee overtime pay according to an overtime warrant.
2. Experienced to create and analyze data for monthly/quarterly/sustainability/annual report.
3. Experienced to maintain and organize employee discipline likes time off, employee records, attendance, overtime.
4. Experienced to managing annual Leave, permit, warning letter, SK, mutation, rotation, detachment, promotion and employee archives.
5. Experienced to making contractual employees (PKWT-PKWTT), MoU, LoA and professional employee agreement.
6. Experienced to handling industrial relations disputes (PPHI) between employees (Labor Union) and company.
7. Experienced to maintaining good industrial relations with external parties and internal (employee) parties.
Minumum requirements for this position is :
1. Bachelor degree of Law/Management/Business Administration.
2. At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
3. Willing to be placed at Jakarta.
4. Can Be Join Immediately.
